“We make all the difference”
This does not refer to the topics we cover, as we have chosen topics which others are good at, too. What is unique about us is the way we approach things: We know from experience that consulting goes hand in hand with training, and that the two often complement each other when it comes to implementing a project successfully and in the long term. Training helps you anchor consultancy projects in a business and increase its acceptance among staff. Consulting may be the obvious consequence of an inhouse training.
We also make a difference because of our value-oriented attitude: Fundamental values are central to our thinking, speaking and acting, for example in the way we deal with our employees and partners, in the way we perceive our clients’ interests, or in the way we choose and make use of solutions. But to us, values also have a clearly quantitative dimension which can be read in measurable units of success, or in appreciation and increased efficiency. Only a successful business can be a good and responsible employer. A company which only focuses on one aspect of aforementioned values, without improving the other, will inevitably fail.
But ethics and morals cannot be reduced to a few guiding principles or the like. The decisive factor is our attitude towards values and the way we live for them.
Which leads me to the most important and most valuable aspect represented by our institute: our lecturers and senior advisors. We are delighted and proud of having them on board, as they covey to the outside world what is of central importance to us.
